So missed the last goal post, and honestly, it was intentional. February was a hard month. I was hit pretty square in the head by some severe depression. Once I started to bounce back towards the end of the month, all of this *waves hand erratically* starting happening. I know as someone who “works from home” I should have been more equipped to deal with things, but there is a vast difference between working from home and working from home in the middle of a pandemic while your husband works at a hospital and you are still dealing with mental health issues. I don’t say this as an excuse, but more because I was getting pretty hard on myself for not bouncing back quickly and getting back into it. It is okay for me to have been tripped up by this situation.
I am feeling much better in many ways, and slowly starting to adjust to the permanent nagging sense of dread. My goals for April are doing to be different than in the past because things are different.
-Get back to writing
I’ve gone almost a month now with hardly writing at all. This is a real issue and needs to stop. It might take me a while to get back into the flow, but it shouldn’t be that long, and I intend to get back to my more productive writing schedule
-Get back on schedule with my blog and streaming
Also start watching and engaging in more for the blog and throwing in extra streams as I can
-Some yard work
This is hard as we can’t really pop out and buy supplies. However, I can do a lot of prep work for when hopefully this is over
-Find workout plans for home
I haven’t been discussing it much (and don’t plan to), but I have lost a decent amount of weight this year and have even managed to not lose it much in the last several weeks. However, I am hitting the point where I need to expand what I can do at home. Suggestions welcome
Maybe… at the very least look into it
Just of everything
Short but appropriate list for the circumstances. What about you adding anything to your goals? Or just taking it as it comes (which is also fine)?
